By accessing or using Enliko ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

Enliko is a non-commercial, community-driven initiative. It is not a business, corporation, or for-profit entity. The Platform is maintained and developed by a community of contributors on a voluntary basis.

• No goods or services are sold through Enliko
• Access to the Platform is provided free of charge
• Voluntary donations are accepted solely as expressions of gratitude and support
• Donations do not constitute a purchase and are non-refundable
• There is no obligation to donate in order to use the Platform

3. Educational Tools

Enliko provides the following educational tools:

• Portfolio Tracker: View and monitor your exchange portfolio balances
• Strategy Backtester: Test trading strategies on historical data
• Market Analyzer: Visualize market data and technical indicators
• Risk Calculator: Calculate position sizes and risk parameters

All features are designed for educational purposes to help users learn about trading concepts and strategies.

4. Not Financial Advice

You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make. We recommend consulting with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions
• You understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• You will not use the Platform for any illegal activities
• You are responsible for securing your API keys and credentials
• You will not share your account with others

6. Risk Acknowledgment

You explicitly acknowledge and accept that:

• Market Risk: Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can change rapidly
• Leverage Risk: Leveraged trading can amplify both gains and losses
• Liquidation Risk: Positions can be liquidated if margin requirements are not met
• Technology Risk: Software may contain bugs or experience downtime
• Exchange Risk: Third-party exchanges may experience issues or insolvency
• No Guarantee: Past performance does not guarantee future results

7. API Keys and Security

When connecting exchange API keys:

• Only grant read and trade permissions; never enable withdrawal permissions
• Keep your API keys secure and do not share them
• Regularly rotate your API keys for security
• We encrypt API keys at rest but cannot guarantee absolute security

For decentralized exchange trading (HyperLiquid), your wallet private key is stored encrypted on our servers solely for signing trade orders. You are fully responsible for any activity performed using your API keys or wallet private keys.

8. Automated and Algorithmic Trading

• Full Responsibility: YOU are solely and fully responsible for all trades executed by the Platform on your behalf, whether manual or automated
• No Guaranteed Results: Automated strategies, signals, and algorithms do NOT guarantee profits and may result in significant losses
• Signal Accuracy: Trading signals are generated by algorithms and may be inaccurate, delayed, or incorrect — the Platform makes NO warranty about signal quality
• Software Risks: Automated systems may experience bugs, delays, network failures, or execution errors that could result in unintended trades or losses
• Market Conditions: Automated strategies may perform poorly during unusual market conditions including flash crashes, extreme volatility, or low liquidity
• Monitoring Required: You are responsible for monitoring your positions and account at all times — the Platform is not a substitute for human oversight
• Configuration Responsibility: You are responsible for correctly configuring all trading parameters including stop-loss, take-profit, leverage, position sizing, and strategy settings
• Third-Party Exchanges: The Platform connects to third-party exchanges (Bybit, HyperLiquid) and is NOT responsible for exchange downtime, insolvency, hacking, or any losses arising from exchange-side issues

9. Voluntary Donations

Enliko is a non-commercial project. We accept voluntary donations from community members as expressions of gratitude and to support ongoing development.

• Donations are entirely voluntary and are not required to use the Platform
• Donations do not constitute a purchase of goods or services
• Donations are non-refundable once processed
• Donors may receive community recognition or extended access to educational features as a token of appreciation
• The Platform reserves the right to modify community recognition tiers at any time
• Donation links are provided privately by the Enliko team; there is no public storefront or checkout

10. Limitation of Liability

Since Enliko is a non-commercial community project and does not charge for access, total aggregate liability shall not exceed zero (0). You use this Platform entirely at your own risk.

YOU USE THIS PLATFORM ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALL TRADING DECISIONS AND THEIR OUTCOMES ARE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Enliko and its contributors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your trading activities
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Engage in market manipulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the software
• Use automated systems to abuse the Platform
• Impersonate others
• Distribute malware or harmful content

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or misuse of Platform resources
• At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Sending notifications through the Platform

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
